On Friday, President Obama announced that he was modifying the mandate that all employers include birth control coverage in their insurance plans. The requirement had been actively opposed by the Catholic Church. But as NYS Catholic Conference Communications Director Dennis Poust explains, the Church is not quite sure whether this new policy is much different.
