Leader Skelos on Changing the Tax Code
The deal to change the tax code also includes flood relief, reductions in the MTA payroll tax, and several other item that Senate Republicans wanted. Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos says he’s happy with the agreement reached, but does not consider it just a Republican victory.
