Aaron Hilger Discusses Inequity In State Funding For Rochester
A group of contractors and labor leaders in Rochester say they are fed up with getting less state funding than other upstate cities, and have united to call for more funding of projects in and around the Flower City. Aaron Hilger, President of the Builders Exchange of Rochester, joins us to talk about the new initiative.
