Teamster’s Floyd on Infrastructure Funding
President Obama’s American Jobs Act includes a proposal for an infrastructure bank. But the challenge will be getting Congress to agree on how to fund it. So some labor leaders are offering up an alternative source- their pension funds. Teamsters Local 237 president Greg Floyd explains how it would work.
