Liz Chaos is in control and that is a good because it elands to Order.

We need to bring Order to the rein of “Big Brother” Obama and his out of order Democ”RATS” who took control in 2006. I repeat the took control in 2006.

THey won both houses of Congress and it has been down hill since.

They would like you to forget they were in control and in 2008 they took TOTAL CONTROL and their plan to save us was a disaster and now Chaos is in control.

YOU would like us to forget that the Republicans CAUSED the disaster.

Unfettered “capitalism” — in a world that never has and never will satisfy the PREREQUISITES for perfectly competitive markets — is a train wreck looking for a place to happen.

The train is now going over the cliff and the Republican idealogues are still pressing on the train’s accelerator. Greed is an insatiable beast. It’s a parasite that will consume everything around it. Only the total destruction of the Republican Party will stop their madness.

I think the Republicans are going to provide a HUGE contemporary example of the Law of Unintended Consequences.

How quickly you forget that the Democ”RATS” took control in 2006 and said elect us and all will be well.  They raised 100 of millions of dollars from Wall Street to Hollywood and vane.

In 2008 they gain more control and promised to save the country and they “FAILED”

In 2010 the voters realized the mistake they made by trusting “Big Brother” Obama and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid by electing Republicans and throwing Nancy Pelosi out as Majority Leader.

The Republicans in the past when they were in control made mistakes and promised the voters they would not repeat those mistakes.

Now they are keeping that promise and in doing so Chaos now controls Washington, and from Chaos comes “ORDER”

That’s a cute bedtime story that you’ve once again concocted. Here’s a better story.

From 2006 – 2008, this country continued to be hampered by a nitwit of a RePOOPlican president, George Bush. It doesn’t matter who was in charge of Congress. Bush was a millstone around this country’s neck.

As his grand finale, George allowed the financial sector to nearly destroy the world economy. Then for an encore, he handed the cadaver of an economy over to Obama and waltzed out the door. Mission accomplished — assuming the mission was to destroy the U.S.

It’s true that the Dems have controlled Congress AND the presidency since 2008. You forget, however, that while it was an easy trick for Jesus to raise the dead, it will take a bit more time for the rest of us to resuscitate a cadaver like the one that George left us. Unfortunately, Americans are a lot like children. They want instant gratification.

In 2010, the voters threw a hissy fit at the checkout counter of the grocery store…like a three year old. Not getting a revived economy ASAP, they put John Bonehead in charge of the House of Reps. The voters are now learning what a HUGE mistake that was.

By 2012, the voters will be ready to put the adults (the Dems) back in charge of the House of Reps. The voters will have more realistic expectations of their federal government, too. The RePOOPlicans will be left to wander the wildernesss where they can do no harm to the rest of us.

Obama, Reid and McConnell have apparently reached a tenative deal as of late last night.
It will have close to $3 trillion in program cuts over ten years;no revenue enhancements or new taxes; a vote on a BBA; and the establishment of a Super Congress of 12 members,from each Congressional branch.The $3 trillion in cuts will be very hurtful to the middle- and working classes.
It will likely create a double dip recession, which we are falling into as we write.
And the lack of revenue enhancements, or tax increases, would mean that the Bush 2 tax cuts for the wealthy will become permanent.
There is not shared sacrifice.The Super Congress appears to be an attack on representative democracy, an elitist approach to governing. It will also, hopefully, marginize the more radical Congressional tea partiers.
Bachmann will not be on this Super Congress committee.

She is an articulate female politico from Alaska.She has strong political DA, with a governorship in the family.She is attractive, and can make a coherent speech.She is very popular in her home state.She dispatched a strange tea partier after losing to him in a GOP primary. She won in the general election last year by voters writing in her name, difficult as it is to spell.Her family is reasonably sane and functional, as opposed to another Alaskan female politico.
Why is the media focusing on Sarah Palin, and her hubris- and ego-centric desire to perhaps run for POTUS.
Why doesn’t the media focus on the moderate, independent Alaskan Senator Lisa Murkowski?

Unlocking that Social Security locked box allowed Bill Clinton to have budget surpluses.*****
I normally don’t want to encourage the rightwing in our country.But more clarity is in order as the debate roars on the debt/deficits.The Dems. always claim that Bill Clinton created surpluses in the last 3 years of his tenure; and than Bush 2 created deficits and increased the debt.
The reality is that Clinton continued to keep the Social Security money box unlocked, and used the SS surplus monies to create the unified budget surpluses.
It was all smoke and mirrors.

Our diverse group of the politically aware met Friday night at Bailey’s Café in historic downtown Saratoga Springs, NY.
They were talkative, to be sure.
One, a normal moderate, proclaimed that the debt/deficit shenaganians make the time ripe for a Hitlerian move…burn down our Reichstag..our Congressional building.
We calmed him down; applied a wet towel to his forehead; and explained that our representative democracy is always messy.
We sipped our drinks, and watched the House debate on the Boehner bill. It passed 218-210; one more vote than the majority required. It was then walked over to the Senate; and was killed within 2 hours.
Go figure! There must be reason among this madness. We shall see by Tuesday.
While Wall St. burns; our 401ks decline; Treasury bureaucrats work overtime to prioritize the paying of bills after Tuesday; and Social Security recepients burn up the phone lines asking if checks will come next week, the House politicos give 2 minute speeches. They all love C-Span.
We watched as the new Dem. House member from my home district in western NY,NY CD26,Kathy Hochul,offered an amendment to Boehner’s bill. It was to keep funding for Pell grants; and paying for it with taxes on corporate jets. We heard the GOP tailban hezbollah radicals boo. Her amendment was defeated.
We turned away from C-Span.
We asked for a show of hands. A quarter of the group are tea partiers; and a quarter are coffee partiers. The Hitler fan recommended kool-aid. The coffeepartyusa pledge of civility apparently eluded the Congressional politicos.
The group  voted to form a swat team to go into Perugia, Italy and rescue Amanda Knox if her appeal fails. The Hitler fan hesitated; and claimed that Knox has been described as somewhat dorky.
Hey, we all aren’t geeks or nerds. I have always been a dork…lacking technical and most social skills.
The entire group applauded Mrs. Murdoch swift action in swatting the shaving cream pie comic who approached her husband. She displayed a Chinese tiger swiftness. And who suggested she was a couger, after Rupert’s billions?
It was then that the Hitler fan went to the food counter, and bought a cream pie. As he began to approach us, with the pie in a throw mode, we all decided to leave..to gather again in the near future.
But before that, we calmed the Hitler fan down again, and walked him to the nearby Hathorn sulfer spring well, and plied him with a bottle of the soul soothing water. He still preferred kool-aid.
