It’s a long one, but well worth watching. It starts out with the candidate admiring a flyer his own campaign sent out (apparently without briefing him first) and moves on to an explanation of the “cojones” debate letter, which produced the following exchange between Paladino and Robin.

JR: “Does testicles have anything to do with the political debate and running for governor?”

CP: “Well, you know the term.”

JR: “And what would you say to those who find it a bit rough around the edges?”

CP “Strap in.”

JP: “…Do you think Shelly Silver is like Hitler?”

CP: “I think Shelly Silver is a despicable person. OK? And that I stick with…You see the political correctness nonsense is gone. It doesn’t exist anymore. Because the people find that totally unacceptable…It’s a way of inhibiting people from saying and doing the right thing.”

At the 7:30-minute mark Paladino talks about putting Silver “in one of those Roman cages, OK, so that people can see the guy who has tormented New York State for the last 15 years while he’s been the majority leader of the, the speaker of the Assembly. This man is not good.”
