At the Republican convention, Joe DioGuardi was left off the ballot, but he pledged to petition his way on. And in the end he did.

Just yesterday, he was certified as a candidate in the Republican primary. DioGuardi also has the backing of the State Conservative Party, and recent polls show him with a slight lead over his competitors.

DioGuardi joined Liz Benjamin Tuesday to talk more about his campaign and share his reaction to Charlie Rangel House floor speech. He also made some news about his very famous daughter.
